I was born and raised in Southern California, where the ocean breeze, sunshine, and people shaped who I am. My journey into massage therapy began from a very personal place. My grandparents had a profound influence on my life, and being by their side through their final days showed me the importance of comfort, compassionate touch, presence, and easing pain. That experience compelled me to take action to help others find relief from pain and stress. I am a graduate of CalCopa Massage School in Huntington Beach, where I completed over 600 hours of education and hands-on training. My studies included Swedish, sports, therapeutic, and cupping massage, but my approach goes beyond technique. I see every session as a chance to create a reset—where stress is lifted, energy feels lighter, and the body remembers how to heal itself.
Massage therapy, to me, is not just a service. It’s a collaboration. Whether you’re an athlete pushing your limits, someone working through chronic tension, or simply needing space to breathe, I tailor each session to meet you where you are. My goal is to help you step back into your life feeling restored, balanced, and more connected to your own strength.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy spending time with family, creating wellness products, and grounding myself by the ocean. I have a deep love for animals, especially my red Doberman, Anzu. I find joy in horseback riding, experiencing the freedom of open trails, and the energy of live music—especially blues and country.
For me, massage therapy is not just a career path—it’s a calling. A way to honor where I’ve come from and to help others move forward feeling relief, supported, and whole.
Warmly,
(Pictured volunteering with the AMTA California Chapter at the Camp Pendleton Gator Bash, an honor to serve Marines, veterans, and their families.)
